Lady Lux never fail off, these ladies been working hard on new music since and before their released single on iTunes “This My Song.” Lady Lux, for those who aren’t familiar with these three beautiful ladies. They were with World Music Management, but now Lady Lux is working with the label Star Factory Label Music Productions. Star Factory Label they have been tirelessly working on the project and have worked with producers The Ambassadorz (Usher, Ciara), Fatboi (Ying Yang Twinz, Gucci Mane, Yung Jeezy), Andrew Lane (Mary J. Blige, High School Musical), Bryan Michael Cox & Kendrick Dean (Usher, Mary J.Blige, Chris Brown), Troy Taylor (Trey Songz, Whitney Houston, Omarion), Cameron Wallace (Beyonce), Drathoven (Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, Shei Atkins) and more. I must say that they made a good decision and I’m still hoping and wishing these ladies for the best. They are hard workers and they deserve they’re time to shine, I can honestly say.
Lady Lux has two new singles, “Counterfeit” and “Winner,” which can be heard on their MySpace page. Being physical fit isn’t about just exercising, it’s about your overall flexibility, aerobic ability, ability to endure, and strength. Benefits of being physical fit is resulting strength in bones. Strength is building muscle, is also for improving and maintaining bones density over time. Strengthening your abdominal and lower back muscles can prevent low back pain. Being physical fit helps you get sicken less and regular exercise helps you strengthen your immune system. Once you keep your bones strong, both men and women start losing mass around age thirty five. Lifting weights can stop this, but it also can reduce your risk of osteoporosis. You can always do other things such as running and walking to keep your bones stronger.
Improving aerobic fitness through physical activities help protect both heart and lungs. While heart attacks are the top cause of deaths in the United States, keeping your heart in condition is very important. Physical fitness can reduce respiratory diseases such as asthma, which can lead to other health complications.
Life is more enjoyable when you’re healthy and fit. You’ll have more strength and confidence, energy, and more productive about all the things that you do.
Reality Shows Taking Over the World
Reality televisions shows started back in the early 1990s when the television show Real World first premiered. Real World was the only reality television show, but in the late 1990s other reality television shows came about in the late 1990s. The next reality television show was Survivor, when it hit the television it was a huge hit. People started to produce reality shows about anything and everything.
Many reality television shows didn’t make it that well on television. Many of them fell as soon as they hit the screen. Some reality shows, aren’t really reality. Most of them are script before they even hit television. Some of them are the same story line, such as, Flavor of Love, I Love New York, Rock of Love, and of course this list goes on. Seems like many producers are running out of ideas; they continue to put things like this on television for your entertainment.
Although there are other reality television shows such as, America’s Best Dance Crew, which is hosted by Randy Jackson of “American Idol,” this show is about street dancers across the United States. They compete for a touring contract, $100,000 cash prize, and their titles, “America’s Best Dance Crew.” America’s Next Top Model is a show that each week young women compete for the title, “America’s Next Top Model.” This show is hosted by current talk show host and ex-supermodel, Tyra Banks. The winner is featured on the cover of “Seventeen” magazine, in a commercial for cosmetics, and receives a modeling contract. Making the Band 4 is managed by Sean “Diddy” Combs and created by Lou Perlman; this show tries to create the next group or band. It has produced talents such as Danity Kane, Da Band, Day 26, O-Town, and Donnie Klang. Some of the other reality television shows are, Run’s House, Meerkat Manor, Real Chance of Love, The Jerry Springer Show, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and The Amazing Race.
If you’re not into reality television shows, then television isn’t really worth watching. Reality television shows are taking over our televisions and majority of people want to see some real entertainment.
