Being physical fit helps you live a long and healthy lives, helps build stronger bones, you’ll enjoy life more, you’ll have more energy, you’ll sleep more better, sicken lesser, and you can reduce lower back pain are some of the reasons why being physical fit is important.
Being physical fit isn’t about just exercising, it’s about your overall flexibility, aerobic ability, ability to endure, and strength. Benefits of being physical fit is resulting strength in bones. Strength is building muscle, is also for improving and maintaining bones density over time. Strengthening your abdominal and lower back muscles can prevent low back pain. Being physical fit helps you get sicken less and regular exercise helps you strengthen your immune system. Once you keep your bones strong, both men and women start losing mass around age thirty five. Lifting weights can stop this, but it also can reduce your risk of osteoporosis. You can always do other things such as running and walking to keep your bones stronger.
Improving aerobic fitness through physical activities help protect both heart and lungs. While heart attacks are the top cause of deaths in the United States, keeping your heart in condition is very important. Physical fitness can reduce respiratory diseases such as asthma, which can lead to other health complications.
Life is more enjoyable when you’re healthy and fit. You’ll have more strength and confidence, energy, and more productive about all the things that you do.
